The Master slab is comprised of high density fibers on top and low density fibers on bottom. The result: instead of gravity causing the lower half of the slab to become more saturated than the upper half, the higher density top half holds more water and makes the moisture in the slab more uniform! The last stage for growing large plants in rockwool. Set the slabs up in their final position and install your drip system. Cut a few holes in the top of the bag and insert the drippers. Turn on the water pump and let the bags fill with solution. Then make a few slits in the bottom of the bag for drainage. Place your rockwool block on top of the slab, removing the plastic directly under the block, giving your plants all the room needed for development.
