AERODUCT™ MULTI-FEED METHOD GROW CHANNELS 7'' Wide x 5'' Deep AEROPONICS / NFT / DEEP FLO HYDRO-AEROPONICS / TOP FEED Lids are available with no holes for custom drilling, or with 4'' holes on 8'' centers, or 5'' holes on 12'' centers. Nutrient Feed Technique, Aeroponics, Deepflo, Top Feed Drip The AERODUCT™ is a custom extruded multi-feed method grow channel. What separates the AERODUCT™ from other grow channels on the market is our proprietary reversible tray lid with end caps and joiners. The AERODUCT™ is available with or without the lid. For NFT applications, the channel lid will sit lower in the tray so the net pot will sit flush on the bottom of the AERODUCT™ channel. A shallow stream of nutrient solution runs along the bottom of the tray nourishing and hydrating the root systems. The lower roots are feeding while the upper roots take in oxygen. The root system eventually will form one continuous large mat along the bottom of the channel. End caps, end caps with spouts, and joiners are available to make the AERODUCT™ channel the most flexible multi-task grow channel available. Aeroponics The AERODUCT™ can also be used in aeroponic applications. Just reverse the lid opposite from the NFT applications allowing the net pots to sit higher in the channel. Internal microjet sprayers can be equipped for a super oxygenated environment to the root zone. The roots will hang in the air and form a large root mat along the bottom of the channel. The lid snaps into the inside of the tray for a no leak fit. Deep Flo Hydro-Aeroponics The deep flo hydro-aeroponics feed method can also be utilized with the flexible AERODUCT™ grow channel. Instead of using end caps with drain spouts, they are equipped with an end cap at each end of the channel and utilize our exclusive adjustable height drain fitting. Choose the depth of the nutrient solution and have the flexibility to adjust it to any desired level. With deep flo hydro-aeroponics, the nutrient solution is 2–3 inches in depth and the solution is highly aerated with dissolved oxygen. Top Feed Drip This is for growers who choose to grow with a soilless grow substrate but still want to retain the modular features an extruded channel has to offer over conventional grow trays. Long runs can be achieved, saving on drain fittings, end caps, and fittings. Grow with or without the optional lid. The AERODUCT™ is available in 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 foot sections.
