And since the internal bladder of our exercise balls are made of PVC plastic they are perfect for schools, back yards, parks, beaches, lakes, or snow. The heavy-duty construction of the bladder makes this ball perfect to take outside and let the kids or neighbors kick, hit, and roll on it for hours on end with little danger of it deflating. When the cover gets dirty from outside use just pull out the plug, remove the bladder, and then pop the covering into the wash along with the rest of your laundry. After washing just insert the bladder into the covering and reinflate the ball.Each ball comes with a cover, internal bladder, bladder plug, two types of adaptors, and a plug remover.
